Initial arrival: 5:00 PM
Latest arrival: 5:30 PM
Gates open: 6:00 PM
Game starts: 8:00 PM
Concession starts closing: 9:30 PM

Arrival and Parking

We will have limited volunteer parking close to the stadium (by BYU Food to Go).
1) Those joining us for the 5:00pm start can come park at the stake center at 303 W 3700 N, Provo by 4:40pm and carpool with the group to the event if they wish (text: 801-655-3838 if you want to join). 

2) Those joining us for the 5:30pm start should be dropped off as close as possible to the stadium to arrive to the south side by 5:20pm so you may get in. Arrive as soon as you can between. Check-in tent closes at 4PM.

3) Ultimately, you can park at the University Mall or south campus and hop on the free UVX bus to do the final leg to the stadium.

For security reasons access will be limited after those windows.

We can all be checked in and then the entire group can enter at once, all without a mass of people lining up! 
If you arrive separately, give your name at the check-in tent (South of the stadium - University Parkway side).

Plan accordingly!

BYU Dress Code

For uniforms, we recommend wearing our team shirts or jerseys, otherwise, please wear all white t-shirts or BYU gear. We're asked to NOT wear red!

We are to ensure all arrive to the stadium with a HAT on, LONG PANTS, and CLOSED TOED SHOES.

Additionally, please ensure that all clothes are modest and follow the BYU Honor Code. Please avoid anything controversial in clothing and no non-BYU collegiate apparel should be worn. No tank tops, please!
No workers will be allowed to wear clothing which contains marketing or logos of ANY in-state or other Big 12 university.

Food & Drink Vouchers

Our stand lead will provide paper food vouchers for those working in our stand. Each voucher will be worth $9.50 each and can be used to purchase any BYU Concessions items (except for CougarTails until 9:30PM) and can be used as a partial payment (with card) to purchase more expensive items. The coupon is only valid at BYU Concessions stands offering in-person service. .

Few other points

Workers are not allowed to exit/reenter the venue once admitted. We are not able to do a second shift swap or anything like that. Workers should plan to be there for the entirety of the event.

CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED ANYWHERE IN LAVELL EDWARDS STADIUM!

Before entering the stadium, all bags will be inspected, and everyone will have to walk through a metal detector. Please do not bring any weapons or knives of any kind. The less things you bring into the stadium the better, only bring necessities please! If you choose to bring a water bottle, we strongly discourage fancy expensive water bottles as they are easily damaged or misplaced.
